East Texas Police Department Facebook Page Hacked

An East Texas police department is looking into the source of a fake social media report claiming three officers were shot and killed and another five wounded on Memorial Day. A Facebook page calling itself Lufkin  News Today shared the bogus news story.. When the link is followed, it appears to go to a site that has the ability of infecting a computer system with malware.
