East Texas Officer Resigns

An East Texas police officer has resigned because of allegations of sexual impropriety. 37 year old Whitehouse officer Noble Kelley Junior, who served as the department’s K9 handler, . resigned after being suspended following an internal investigation. The city said there have been numerous complaints before about Kelley and this is not the first time he  has been disciplined. The Whitehouse city manager declined to comment on the issue. More documents are expected to be released at a later date.
