Man Charged With Animal Cruelty

Officials from Hunt County and the SPCA of Texas’ animal cruelty investigations unit late Friday afternoon announced the arrest of Craig Hanna, of Caddo Mills, on cruelty to non-livestock animals, charging him with a misdemeanor. Reportedly, Hanna intentionally and knowingly neglected two dogs while they were in his care, custody, and control.
