Paris Man Arrested for Possession

53 year old Morris Eugene Richie of Paris was found to be in possession of crack cocaine after a traffic stop in the 1200 block of Tudor street. The arresting officer reported that he saw a piece of crack cocaine in the driver’s door area when he approached the driver.
