Change OF Venue Granted In Fatal Crash Trial

A change of venue has been granted for the trial of a man accused of killing two young Harmony women in a head-on crash on graduation night earlier this year. 23 year old  Robert William Frazier’s trial on 2 counts of intoxication manslaughter and 2 counts of intoxication assault has been moved from Upshur County to Gregg County. A trial date has not been set.
