A 23 year old East Texas man is guilty of causing a fatal crash that claimed the lives of two Harmony High School grads and seriously injured two other girls. 23 year old Robert William Frazier of Gilmer entered guilty pleas in Upshur County District Court to two counts of intoxication manslaughter with a deadly weapon and two counts of intoxication assault with a deadly weapon. A jury will determine his punishment at a sentencing hearing January 23 in Gregg County.
