Grand Saline Police Chief On Leave

Grand Saline Police Chief Justin Collins has been placed on Administrative Leave. City Administrator Rex White says all six members of the Police Department filed complaints against Collins. Mayor Casey Jordan said the complaints will be turned over to the proper authorities for investigation. Sgt. Jason Burns will serve as acting chief.
