Hopkins County Man Guilty Of Felony DWI

James Arthur Baxley has been convicted by a Hopkins County jury of felony DWI-Driving While Intoxicated with three or more prior convictions. Baxley, who faces between two and 20 years in prison, will be sentenced by Judge Eddie Northcutt next month. He has a 35-year history of drug and alcohol offenses.
