Grand Jury May Get Hunt County Murder Case

Hunt County authorities say the investigation is completed into the 2014 murder of 54-year-old Terry R. Cale of Wills Point. Cale was shot multiple times outside a home in the far south part of the county. Sheriff Randy Meeks says the grand jury may get the case tomorrow. Carl Allen Welch was taken into custody after Cale’s death and is currently out on $75,000 bond.
