Guilty Verdict In Sulphur Springs Theft Case

After deliberating only 13 ½ minutes, a Hopkins County jury convicted Dana Lynn Gandy, aka Dana Lynn Haynesworth of felony theft. She had been charged with theft from  Walmart of less than $2500 with two prior convictions. She will be sentenced on November 28 after a pre-trial investigation. She still faces Hopkins County charges of Child Endangerment or Abandonment.
