One Dead In Mineola Motel Fire

Authorities say at least one person was killed in a fire that heavily damaged a Mineola motel. The cause of the blaze at the Mineola Motor Lodge on Broad Street is under investigation. The body of the victim, identified only as a Hispanic male. Officials sent his body for an autopsy.
