Hunt County Man Jailed After Foot Chase

State Troopers attempted to stop a man for a routine traffic violation in Greenville when he jumped from the vehicle and attempted to run away. The trooper captured 27-year-old Jeffrey Cole Ferguson after a short foot chase and charged him with Evading Arrest, and Failure to ID- Giving False Information. His bond is $5,000.
