East Texas Man Accused Of Child Porn Involving Relative

Bond has been set at $25,000 for an East Texas man accused of paying $120 to a female relative to send him explicit photos of herself. Authorities arrested 34-year-old Carlos Lynn Rios, of Kilgore, and he is in the Gregg County Jail on a charge of Promotion of Child Pornography.
