Hopkins County Jail
Officers from multiple law enforcement agencies executed a warrant at a residence on Georgia Street in Sulphur Springs and arrested 41-year-old David Carl Harvey. He was charged with Manufacture and Delivery of more than one but less than four grams of a controlled substance, Assault Causing Bodily Injury and Violation of Probation. Bond was denied.
