Mt Pleasant Man Faces Multiple Charges

Titus County Deputies arrested 36-year-old Joseph Russell Elswick of Mt Pleasant on multiple charges. He’s accused of Possession of a Controlled Substance, Criminal Mischief, and three counts of Burglary of a Habitation. His bond was set at $5,000 on the drug charge. No bond set on the others.
