One East Texas man has been killed and one arrested in Nacogdoches after investigators say the two men were horsing around with a high powered rifle. Nineteen- year- old Michael Brucks was pronounced dead and twenty- year- old Paul Ivan Gutierrez was charged with manslaughter.
