Charges Dismissed Against East Texas Band Teacher

A Gregg County District Judge has dismissed charges of indecency with a child by sexual contact against a former White Oak Band Director. As part of the dismissal agreement, Jacovia Cartwright voluntarily surrendered his state educator’s certification.
