Allen Man Caught With Massive Collection Of Child Pornography

A Collin County man has been arrested after he was found with a massive amount of child pornography. Authorities charged Richard Denver Belden, 39, of Allen, with possession of 58 terabytes of child porn on several electronic devices. He’s being held in the Collin County Jail.
