Anna Police to Utilize Confiscated Car from Cop Impersonator

Anna police have confiscated a new vehicle for their fleet after seizing it from a cop impersonator who was caught after he pulled over an off-duty Plano police officer. Kenneth Spence, of Plano, was charged with impersonating a public servant. He was using a Ford Taurus to make fake traffic stops. The car was equipped with an emergency window lights, a flashing lights grill, and a siren.
