Antlers Man Jail On Multiple Abuse Charges

Authorities arrested a 55-year-old Antlers man on multiple child neglect and sexual abuse charges as well as rape. Court documents say Jody Scott faces at least eight charges, which include exposing the child to methamphetamine. Investigators say the abuse happened for two years.
