Appellate Court Strikes Down Razor Wire Ban

The Texas Office of Attorney General has won another round in court in its efforts to keep razor wire on the banks of the Rio Grande. The state placed it to help stop illegal immigration into the United States. The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit issued the injunction prohibiting the White House from ordering federal Border Patrol agents to dismantle the razor wire.
