Billie Murphy Titus County Jail Deputies arrested 33-year-old Billie Murphy, of Pittsburg, in Titus County for Burglary of a Building and a warrant for Theft of Property valued at more than $30,000 but less than $150,000. He remains in the Titus County Jail with bonds totaling $28,000.
