Upshur County Deputies arrested 31-year-old Jeffrey David Swanner of Diana connected with the death Saturday of 60-year-old Kenneth Wadel Burcalow, also of Diana. They charged Swanner with murder, and the bond is $250,000. Investigators say the men knew each other, but a motive is still under investigation.
