Grayson County Man Gets 9 Years for Touching 10-Year-Old

A 30-year-old Grayson County man has been sentenced to nine years in prison for allegedly inappropriately touching the ten-year-old babysitter for his children. Nicholus Booe of Tom Bean was also ordered to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life.

Johnson Co. Deputy Accused Of Sexually Assaulting Girl, 13

A former North Texas Sheriff’s Deputy has been arrested for the sexual assault of a 13-year-old girl. Authorities arrested 23-year-old Toby Allison Friday, and he was immediately fired. He was booked into the Johnson County Jail, but released on $100,000 bond.
