The Campbell man charged with murdering a Hopkins County man in Hunt County has been ruled incompetent to stand trial. 45 year old Allen Thomas Sample allegedly shot 46 year old Tommy Joe Tubb of Dike to death at a residence in the 5400 of I-30 near Campbell. Sample was committed to a state mental hospital for a period not to exceed 6 months.
