  Paris PD made contact with Andrea White (33YOA female) and John Womack (35 YOA male) in the 400 block of Center Street. Both were found to be in possession of a a clear crystal substance and were charged with possession of controlled substance as well as other misdemeanor charges.

  Paris Police responded to the 700 block of Cedar Street in regards to a disturbance. Officers made contact with Quentin Ewing (32 YOA male) and Tawana Hicks (39 YOA female). Ewing was found to have an outstanding warrant for unauthorized use of motor vehicle as well as another misdemeanor warrant. …
