  Paris Police Officers responded to the 1100 block of Belmont in regards to a burglary of a residence. Officers were advised that while the tenant was away, an unknown person broke into the residence and caused damage to the washing machine. The investigation is ongoing.

  Paris Police Officers responded to the Parole Office in regards to a warrant arrest. Officers made contact with Jerry Wilkerson (37 YOA male) who was found to have an outstanding parole violation warrant and was arrested on the warrant.

  There was home invasion Thursday night in the 300 block of SW 25th Street in Paris. The homeowner fired at the suspect, who fled. The homeowner doesn’t know if they had hit the suspect. Paris Police are investigating. We will have more as this story develops.
