Choctaw County Jury Finds Moore Jr. Not Guilty

After deliberating for only 51 minutes, a Choctaw County jury found Carl Lewis Moore Jr. not guilty of sexually assaulting an 8-year-old girl. Choctaw County deputies were accused by the victim’s parents of never fully investigating the incidents when it was originally reported.
