Mugshot not availableVan Zandt County Deputies have arrested a Modesto, California, cold-case murder suspect. They are accusing 76-year-old Ray Lewis Stafford of killing 15-year-old Susan Robin Bender in 1986. He was found at his home near Wills Point and taken into custody. He’s being held in the Van Zandt County Jail until California authorities arrive.
