Collin County Man Charged With Murdering, Mother, Sister

Officials arrested a 20-year-old Allen man for the murders of his mother and sister. The bodies of Isil Borat and Burcu Hezar were found Saturday morning in their home near the Twin Creeks Golf Club. Burak Hezar was arrested at DFW Airport, waiting for a flight to San Francisco, and is in the Collin County Jail.
