Commerce Police Chief Resigns

Commerce Director of Public Safety Chris Bassham

Commerce Police Chief Jason Rector has resigned his position, but no reason was disclosed. Commerce Fire Chief Chris Bassham has been appointed to the newly created position of Director of Public Safety and will oversee both the Fire Department and the Police Department.
