A Coppell man faces up to 30 years in prison after pleading guilty to cheating the federal Payroll Protection Program out of $17 million. Court documents show Dinesh Kumar Sah submitted 15 bogus applications for the PPP funds, which help keep small businesses afloat after their revenues dropped during the Coronavirus outbreak. Sah claimed his companies had hundreds of employees, and he faked bank statements and tax records.
