COVID Vaccine Should Work For New Strains Of Virus

Cases of COVID-19 in Texas are finally leveling off, but viruses mutate all the time. Dr. Paul Klotman, president and CEO of the Baylor College of Medicine, says the vaccine should work well against the UK variant and be OK for the one that came from South Africa. A third variant is from Manaus in the Amazon in Brazil. Since October, COVID has infected more than 70 percent of that population.
