DOJ Demands Abbott Remove Buoys, Razor Wire From Rio Grande

The U.S. Justice Department demands that Texas Governor Greg Abbott remove razor wire and floating barriers along the Rio Grande River. And they are threatening to get a court order, if they have to, to make him remove them. The Governor said that the U.S. Constitution protects Texas and that the state has the right to defend the border with Mexico.
