East Texas Double Murder Suspect Captured In Louisiana

A suspect has been arrested in Louisiana in a fatal shooting at a Henderson apartment complex. They charged 63-year-old Randy Buford Wynn with two counts of capital murder in the deaths of 31-year-old  Justin Smith and 37-year-old Holly Jones. Two people were seriously injured in the shootings. A motive has not been disclosed.
