An East Texas man charged in connection with a crash that killed his girlfriend and his fiancé has reached a plea bargain with Gregg County prosecutors. Twenty-one year old Chad Palmer Malone of Longview pleaded guilty to 2 counts of racing causing death and one count of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and was sentenced to 12 years on each count. The sentences will be served concurrently.
