East Texas Man Charged In Father’s Death

An East Texas man has been charged in the death of his father. Apparently, 58-year-old Jody Colston, of Smith County, was run over by his son Aaron, who was backing a vehicle and was unaware his father was behind it when he ran over him. Deputies say Aaron had been drinking and they charged him with criminally negligent homicide.
