East Texas Mother Indicted In Daughter’s Drowning

A grand jury indicted the mother, of a three-year-old who drowned in August in a Smith County pond, for felony injury to a child and possession of a controlled substance. Reportedly, 29-year-old Tiffany Snyder, of Tyler, admitted that she had been smoking meth the night before her daughter died. Her bonds total $202,000.
