An East Texas man who allegedly beat a couple with a rock during a home invasion has been indicted by a Gregg County grand jury for two counts of aggravated robbery. Malique Makail Shakur Henderson, 20, was arrested after several neighbors and witnesses maintained visual contact with Henderson until officers could arrest him. He remains jailed on $1.5-million bond.
