On Friday, Sep 10, and Sunday, Sep 12, the Paris Balloon and Music Association is proud to present the Paris Balloon and Music Festival at the Red River Valley Fairgrounds. There are lots of exciting things planned for this family-friendly festival. Balloon Launch Saturday & Sunday mornings (weather permitting). Balloon Glows on Friday & Saturday nights at dusk (weather permitting). Main Stage LIVE Music. Carnival and Kids Fun Zone. Market Place with a variety of vendors. Food Trucks are famous for great food in Paris. Family fun, Fun, FUN! (No alcohol served)
