Everett Elementary Kid Say Science Is Yummy

Learning the phases of the moon while eating Oreo® cookies is about as good as it gets as students in Wendy Creighton’s class at Everett Elementary are finding out.  Following directions to carefully separate the two halves of the chocolate cookies, the second graders are to recreate each moon phase by trimming off the frosting to match a particular phase.  Of course, both mistakes and the end results can be eaten.
