Fannin County Man Dies In Jail

A Fannin County man, sentenced to 30 years in prison, has died in jail the same day he was sentenced. A court had convicted 66-year-old Paul Plecker of Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child. Fannin County Sheriff said Plecker had medical issues and it’s believed that he died of natural causes. Texas Rangers are investigating.
