Feagley Retires From Sulphur Springs EDC. Brown Named Replacement

After 19 years of service to Sulphur Springs and Hopkins County, Executive Director Roger Feagley is retiring from the Economic Development Corporation. The EDC board has announced that Chris Brown will be the new Executive Director. Brown is a former Sulphur Springs city councilman and mayor,  Hopkins County Judge and served as the  Executive Director of the Ark-Tex Council of Governments for the past 10 years. He’ll assume his new position  on September 18.
