The top administrator of FEMA, Deanne Criswell, along with several Texas officials, toured the damage in Houston caused by storms and flooding last week. Criswell noted that the danger is not over. Thousands are still without power. The federal government has approved financial assistance for residents and business owners to help pay for temporary housing and repairs.
