Former SE Oklahoma Police Officer Sentenced For Sexual Assault

A former Southeast Oklahoma Police Officer has been sentenced to eight years in prison after he pleaded guilty in federal court to violating the civil rights of a woman he sexually assaulted during a traffic stop last year. Former Savanna Police Officer Jerry Lynn Gragg, Jr., 40, was also ordered to forfeit his law enforcement certification and comply with federal and state sex offender registration requirements.
