Free Health Classes In Paris

Free Health Classes will be offered online or in-person by the Paris-Lamar County Health District. The classes, based on the L-E-A-N program–Lifestyle, Exercise, Attitude, and Nutrition, will cover nutrition tips for Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, Heart Disease, and Obesity.
