GOP Going To Higher Court Over Alleged Harris County Illegal Voting

The Republican Party of Texas is taking its legal fight against Harris County drive-thru voting to the Texas Supreme Court. The move comes after the 14th Court of Appeals refused to stop Harris County. Texas GOP chairman Allen West says the decision of the appeals court is against Texas election law. Texas Democratic Party chairman Gilbert Hinojosa calls the republicans legal fight against drive-thru voting to attempt at voter suppression.
