Hallsville Police Department Seeks Debit Card Thief

The Hallsville Police Department is searching for a suspect who was recently caught on camera withdrawing cash from stolen debit cards at an ATM. At least twice, the unidentified suspect used stolen debit cards to make cash withdrawals at area banks’ drive-thru ATMs. The male suspect was on video driving a silver-colored SUV or van, possibly a Kia Rondo, with no front license plate.
