The Texas A&M Commerce Softball team swept Western New Mexico in three games. They outscored their opponent 58-10 in the three games and hit 18 home runs including two grand slams in game three.

The Rangers win their first series of the year and have their first winning streak of 2018 as they defeated Houston last night in extra innings. The big hit coming off the bat of Robinson Chirinos in the 10th. The story of the game though was the starting pitching. Bartolo Colon took a perfect game into the eight-inning.
