High School Baseball And Softball Scores Plus Rangers Get Road Win

On Tuesday night, in district Softball, Reagan Richardson pitched another no-hitter as the Pantherettes blanked Pittsburg 3-0 on a senior night. In the win, Richardson finished with 12 strikeouts but she knows she didn’t do it alone.

NL will play Hughes Springs Friday in a warm-up game before the playoffs start the following week.

In other softball action, Atlanta doubled up Paris 6-3. Chisum had a comeback win over Chapel Hill 8-5. And Cooper came back from an 8-0 deficit to beat Prairiland 9-8.

In baseball, Paris defeated Atlanta 10-0 in five innings. Pittsburg knocked off NL 10-6. While the Patriots took care of Cooper 12-3. And it was Chisum 9-6 over Chapel Hill. The win locks the Mustangs into second place going into the playoffs.

The Rangers topped the Rays 7-2. They will finish their series this afternoon on 1490 AM and 96.3 FM KPLT – Pregame at 11:30 AM first pitch at 12:05.
